Joshland Shervette, the single female model with no children is originally from Sacramento, California,and now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
At a very early age, Joshland Shervette had a natural talent for fashion design.
Joshland’s mother would always give her large pieces of leftover fabric from her sewing projects.
She would artistically wrap the pieces around her head to create fashionable headdresses.
She would then take the larger pieces of fabric and wrap her body with them to create dresses for herself to wear.
Growing up, Joshland was deeply influenced by the high fashion designer Bob Mackie.
She absolutely adored his awesome, elegantly styled creations and his ability to think outside of the box.
She also could not get enough of the television show: Style With Elsa Klensch on the CNN television network.
All of the latest high end fashion designers’ clothing was showcased on the runway, and the designers were interviewed on this TV show.
Joshland would always subscribe to Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, W, Elle, and Mode magazines.
She would also read the Women’s Wear Daily Newspaper.
Additionally, she was afforded the opportunities to model on the runway, coordinate fashion shows, create store window displays, and even write a fashion column for the newspaper, Capital Hill News.
Thereafter, Joshland Shervette received a BA Degree in Communications Studies from California State University, Sacramento and a diploma with highest honors in Fashion Merchandising and Design from the Stratford Career Institute.
Furthermore, she opened a small fashion clothing boutique in Sacramento, California, but closed its doors after nearly two years due to pursuing a full time career as a singer and songwriter in the music industry.
Presently, she continues her career in music and still loves fashion.
She is always creating unique clothing combinations and glamorous fashion accessories; and in support of her love for music and fashion, Joshland started a company called High Hill Productions.
This production company represents Joshland Shervette in the fields of modeling and the music industry.
